Therapeutic Exercises are performed to restore range of motion, flexibility, stability, strength, and endurance. We incorporate therapeutic exercises along with joint manipulation to accelerate recovery and increase functionality
Kinetic taping is incorporated throughout treatment plans. We utilize this therapy to decrease swelling, correct movement patterns, and improve posture.

We offer preseason, in-season, and off-season therapy plans to prevent injuries and develop an intricate understanding of biomechanics. Particularly for baseball players, we develop position-specific throwing programs which allow players to recover from the stress of the season while, at the same time, getting stronger for the season ahead.
